Youth Entrepreneurship: A Path to Employability (EnPaE)

“Youth Entrepreneurship: A Path to Employability” (EnPaE) is an Erasmus+ small-scale partnership project designed to empower young people with the skills, mindset, and tools needed to thrive in today’s evolving labour market.

The project brings together organizations from Greece, Spain, and Italy with a shared mission: to support young people—especially those with fewer opportunities—in building their own professional paths through entrepreneurship.

The project responds to one of Europe’s most pressing challenges: youth unemployment and job insecurity, which have been further intensified by recent economic crises and global disruptions.

Target Groups

The project directly involves:

Young people (18–30 years old), especially those facing unemployment or social barriers
Youth workers, who will gain new competences and tools
Local communities and stakeholders, including companies and institutions

Indirectly, the project will also benefit a wider audience through dissemination activities and open resources.

Project Activities
1. Project Management
A structured coordination system ensures quality implementation, including international meetings, monitoring, and evaluation.

2. Entrepreneurship Guide
A comprehensive guide for youth workers will be developed, combining theory and practical tools to support entrepreneurship education.

3. Training for Youth Workers
Youth workers from partner countries will participate in training sessions to strengthen their knowledge and capacity to support young entrepreneurs.

4. Training Pathway for Young People
Young participants will engage in a hands-on learning journey, developing business ideas, visiting companies, and creating their own entrepreneurial projects.

5. Dissemination
Project results will be shared through events, social media, and local networks to ensure long-term impact and accessibility.

Expected Results

By the end of the project, EnPaE aims to achieve:

– A complete entrepreneurship guide for youth workers
– 30 trained youth workers with enhanced competences
– 150 young participants involved in entrepreneurship training
– Increased awareness and engagement in youth entrepreneurship across partner countries

The project will also produce long-term benefits by providing reusable tools and methodologies that can be adapted by other organizations.
