Take the Lead: Building Self-Leadership Capacities for Youth Entrepreneurship

The project aims to provide continuous training to trainers in the field of entrepreneurship in order to inspire students on the subject of self-leadership. This will help promote resilience and sustainable development of future European entrepreneurs and SMEs, and support a cultural shift towards developing self-leadership skills among students.
The project’s outcomes and achievements include gathering inspiring practices, tools, and testimonials related to entrepreneurial self-leadership. It also involves implementing national pilots based on the knowledge acquired during transnational training, creating a detailed report highlighting the lessons learned, and organizing a large-scale European event to share the project’s findings.

Our main Objectives

Provide continuous training to trainers and youth workers in order to inspire students on the subject of self-leadership.
Develop the technical and pedagogical competencies of trainers to effectively deliver training on self-leadership to VET students
Increase the knowledge and understanding of trainers about the cognitive, emotional, social, and relational dimensions of entrepreneurship and self-leadership.
Enhance the ability of trainers to adapt their teaching to the specific needs and characteristics of their learners, particularly in relation to the labour market and career guidance.
Foster the networking and collaboration of trainers from different sectors and disciplines, to facilitate the exchange of best practices and the development of a European community of self-leadership trainers.
